Sailor Mars Day 11 and more fun with perler beads

I ran out of black yesterday so I decided to start filling in her hair. The black and purple have been/are the most tedious parts of this, I'm excited to be getting them out of the way.



I started a project with perler beads, too. I plan to make all of the sprites of the inner scouts from the Sailor Moon Street Fighter Clone and frame them. I'd like to sell it but I think I'll be too attached when I finish it. Here are Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury:

Sailor Mars is moving along kind of slowly, but I should pick back up after these next few days.



This weekend, I pulled out my perler beads and ended up with this:



I want to do something with it, but I'm not sure what so I just hung it on the craft room wall for now.

Sailor Mars Day 8

I had to take a day off, as the future recipient came over for some crafts and (of course) Sailor Moon episodes, but I managed to get a little further today.

I didn't get to work on her as much as I would've liked today, the person I'm making it for came over for some drunk knitting, but I got some more of the skirt and the beginning of a leg finished!
